Diversity and Equality in Health and Care peer reviewed international journal with a 12 year record of excellence in publication. The journal embraces topics such as gender, disability, spirituality, culture, migration and sexual orientation and other factors relating to marginalised or underserved populations. The journal brings together perspectives from diverse fields to provide a unique platform for sharing good practice and promoting innovative improvements in health and care provision. The journal operates a timely, author-centred review process which is normally completed in eight weeks. Authors are then notified of any modifications requested.
The journal is using Editorial Manager System for quality peer review process. Review processing is performed by the editorial board members of Journal of Pancreas or outside experts; at least two independent reviewers approval followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript. Authors can track their progress through the system. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process.
Diversity and Equality in Health and Care is an Open Access publication which ensures that, once a paper has been accepted and edited, there is no lengthy wait for publication and it is available to the widest possible readership with no pay-wall barrier.
Our charges are among the lowest in the field of Open Access publishing.If the author withdraws the article at the final stage once the article has been accepted then the author needs to pay half the publishing fees as withdrawal fees of that particular article.
